We always find Mr. Ion near the hives, with a quiet smile. He learned the craft from his grandfather and took it further, with care and patience. The honey he collects reflects his patience and attention – with a fine texture and a rich taste, which comes off easily on the taste buds.

Mr. Vladimir from Milestii Mici

Mr. Valentin never sits still – he is either in the apiary, at the market, or on the way to the lime forests. The lime honey he produces is among the most aromatic in the area. And he knows where each flower comes from: "I know my limes with my eyes closed," he jokes.

🌳 "I've been dealing with bees my whole life. As a little kid, I've been playing among the hives for as long as I can remember. I like being in the fresh air, tasting honey, and honey is better than eating sugar. It also contains amino acids and microelements."

Mr. Valentin from Condrița

Mr. Valentin is the kind of man who speaks to you slowly but surely. His eyes sparkle when he talks about swarms, about how "only those who have stood next to a bee know what silence means." He has been tending the beehives in Condrița for over 40 years and says that each batch of honey he produces is treated with care, to be clean, natural and full of authentic flavor.
